I take pride in my work and back it with a 90-day warranty, on every bike I sell and every service job I do. If something I worked on doesn't hold up during your first 90 days of riding, bring it in and I'll make it right.

What's Covered

Bikes I sell: 90 days of free tune-up labor. Fit, brake and shifting adjustments, wheel truing, and any other standard tune-up work. Flat repairs too—you just pay for the tube.

Service on your own bike: the work listed on your invoice. Adjustments that drift, anything I serviced that works loose. This covers my work, not the rest of the bike.

Parts: if a part fails within 90 days, I'll replace it, part and labor, no charge. That goes for new parts I sold you and for the used parts that came on a bike you bought from me.

What's Not Covered

• Parts you supplied yourself

• Normal wear

• Upgrades or modifications

• Damage from crashes, abuse, or neglect

Contact me to schedule a time to bring your bike in. I'll diagnose the issue and get you back on the road. Warranty work can only be performed in Austin.
